enrolling your child for Preschool

for the upcoming year!!!

2013-2014 schedule will be as follows:

Tuesday & Thursday

9:00-11:15

or 

12:15-2:30

Tuition $60.00 a month

1-2 field trips a month on Wednesdays

March...

March was a busy month,

 with lots of fun and even more learning!!!

We started the month with our monthly Bird Refuge Field Trip. 

We learned about Owls and were even lucky enough

to disect owl pellets.  

March is always one of my favorite months, especially since we get to learn 

about Dr. Seuss. Some of the highlights from the week included:

The Cat in the Hat

Green Eggs and Ham

One Fish Two Fish

There's a Wocket in my Pocket

During the second week of March we celebrated St. Patrick's Day and 

learned about the letter Rr. 

We made rainbows and even went on a scavenger hunt for the treasure

at the end of the rainbow.

We celebrated and welcomed Spring during the third week of March. 

 We learned the letter Ss, made Spring flowers, and painted Snakes. 

The weather was finally nice enough to play outside for our recess. 

The last week of March was all about Easter.

We did several art projects, dyed eggs, had a special snack, and 

had an Easter egg hunt.

February...

Here's a look at all of the fun we had

during the month of

February.

 

Week 1: Music

We started the month learning about the letter Mm and Music.

The children had lots of hands on time with many different instruments.

We even pretended we were in a marching band.

 

Week 2: Valentine's Days

For our Valentine's party the children participated in centers themed around the holiday.

We decorated Valentine boxes. 

 

 

 

Wrote about things that we love at the writing center.

Made heart pictures frames at the arts & crafts center.

Played with play-doh at the sensory table. 

 I think the favorite of the day was passing out the Valentines and

seeing what fun things each child had come up with.

 

Week 3: Dental Health

We went on a fun field trip to ABC Pediatrics. 

 

Week 4: Oceans
